Attorney Darin D. Pinto attended the University of Maryland from which he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1988. Thereafter, Mr. Pinto earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1991, serving as the managing editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.

In 1991, Mr. Pinto completed a clerkship for the Honorable Stephen A. Stripp, a United States bankruptcy judge for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Pinto was an associate at the prominent firm of Robinson, St. John & Wayne, located in Newark, New Jersey. While working at Robinson, St. John & Wayne, he focused on the representation of debtors, secured creditors and creditor's committees in complex litigation and bankruptcy reorganizations.
